Current problem in the Great Lakes Region and Museveni factor To understand well what is playing for the moment people should pay attention to the local geopolitics.   North Kivu:­­­­ Life and death under Ugand a’s drones on Congolese Families UPDF Russian made Drones are increasingly being used for surveillance and extra judicial execution in parts of the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo under disguise of eliminating the Allied democratic forces (ADF) but in nowhere more than Gaza has the drone become a permanent fixture of life . LOCKING SCHOOLS TURNS KISORO TEENS INTO DANGEROUS CRIMINALS Since schools were closed in Uganda by president Museveni, murder cases are on rise in different parts of Kisoro as teens are sleeping in centres taking alcohol, stealing raping and killing old people who try to stop them from illegal actions. Kisoro CID officer Beiruka said that many suspects do confess to the crimes committed and most of them give a defense that it’s because they be drinking a lot at nights. He further that noted that teenagers in the area have run amok during the prolonged lockdown because they spent most of their time playing pool and smoking narcotics.   CREDIBLE EVIDENCE  LINKS 1 ST SON MUHOOZI KAINERUGABA   TO HAVE POISONED GEN LOKECH?   There is credible links that the killing of Lt. Gen Paul Lockech was planned by the few members of Uganda’s Special Forces command.   In early june this year, four attackers riding on two motorcycles with concealed number plates followed Gen Katumba Wamala from his home in the capital, Kampala, 4km (2.5 miles) before they sprayed his vehicle with bullets shortly before 9am.   The general’s daughter, Brenda Nantogo, and driver Haruna Kayondo were killed in the attack, while another bodyguard survived. MUSEVENI IS DISTABLISING EAST AFRICAN REGION Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has continously ignored to make a push for resolving crossborder trade.For three years now the Katuna and Kyanika cross bordersw have remained closed distabllising trade in both countries.
