RETIRED MINISTER OF STATE FOR REGIONAL AFFAIRS HAS A FULL-TIME JOB MOBILIZING FOR TERRORISM

Uganda’s retired Museveni Minister Gahingi Philemon Mateke has gotten himself a full-time job mobilizing for extremist groups FDLR and RUD Urunana who are based in Eastern DR Congo from where they with the help of their Ugandan grandfather Mateke are planning their stupid war against Rwanda.

He has found great partners in Amos Hakizimana the Kisoro District Speaker and Bufumbira North MP Hon Kamara John. They are trying so hard to win over the Kisoro district council so that no body frustrates the evil plans of providing those extremist groups mentioned above with safe haven in the otherwise peaceful Kisoro.

According to local reports Kamala and Hakizimana are the new enemies on the truck in the region they have received billions from rebels to build a fruit processing factory in Rukundo town council mukibaya, and Amos has compromised the council to allocate the land to these mafias in name of industrial park which will be in the area very soon.

A good point was raised in house by southern division Councilor for Kisoro Municipality Agaba James who said "the district leaders need to be more cautious willing dealing with central Government because sometimes they promise hot air" He  also cited the example of Rwivovo land in Nyakabande Sub County where the ministry of education and sports titled the land to develop Kale Memorial Institute of Science and Technology which was gazetted back in 2017 by President Museveni and has since become a nightmare to the People of Kisoro, many of the councillors did not seem to undrstand this point, they went on to give out the land to Kamala and Hakizimana.

According to sources the district chairman was also not aware of this land and he immediately informed the honorable house that Kisoro district had been excluded in the Industrial park plan but thankfully, Dr. Robert Mukiza, a Mufumbira and the executive director of the Uganda Investment Authority offered strong assurances that Kisoro district will also benefit, he said these because Amos made it the first agenda and due to the fact that the council was suppossed to grant Bizimana his new DEC in the sitting, there was no way he was going to oppose this move to grant the land saga to these evil men.

Kamara has been getting these funds for some time but the rebels assured him that if he wins another term, the offer will be multiplied.This prayer came to pass as they had earlier bought him a house in Bunga along munyonyo road in Kampala and unfinished hotel in muchamo village on border of nyakinama and Kisoro municipality.

Local sources have confirmed that this time they are constructing a modern fruit juice processing plant in Gisoro with branches in Gisoro Bunagana, Rutshuru and Rukundo town council owned by Kamala and Hakizimana the area district speaker.

Different people in Busanza and Kirundo sub counties received money to offer land for pineapples, which will be in the area, sources from the district land survey has told this blog that even Gen Saleh brother to Museveni ordred them to allocate him land for industrial park in Bunagana.

However the peace loving Bafumbira will not allow to be used by the three foolish men who only thrive on conflict among people they all claim to represent and care for.
