Uganda-Rwanda Relations: Kagame Receives “Special Message” From Museveni In a move to further mend frosty relations between the two countries, President Paul Kagame received a special message from his Ugandan counterpart President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. On Sunday evening, Kagame held a “positive” meeting with Ambassador Adonia Ayebare, President Museveni’s Special Envoy, who traveled to Kigali with a message regarding the two countries’ relationship, a statement from President Kagame’s office said. The two countries have had sour relations since 2017. Rwanda accuses Uganda of torturing its citizens. In December 13, the second meeting of the Ad Hoc Commission on the Implementation of the Luanda Memorandum of Understanding between Rwanda and Uganda took place in Kampala, Uganda. Rwanda’s delegation was led by the State Minister for Foreign Affairs in charge of East African Community (EAC), Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe, while the Ugandan delegation was led by the Ministe

Another walk as a desperate Museveni runs out of tricks Feeling increasingly alienated from a support base he has abused countless times, a desperate President  Museveni embarks on his second walk in as many months as he tries to shore up his rapidly diminishing credibility. On January 6, he will set off on a three-day 100km trek that will take him on a trail through some upcountry places. These are places the regime has long wanted to turn into iconic areas, by virtue of the fact Museveni’s guerrillas deprived the simple peasant people there of all they had. Yet once he ascended to power 34 years ago he discarded them – even formerly die-hard supporters in Luwero Triangle areas – like used ladders. On December 4, Museveni led a sham walk against corruption that instead earned him sneers and focused attention on his own greed, and the wealth he has illegally, fraudulently and corruptly amassed over the years. Museveni claims the symbolic trek, from Galamba in Wakiso Dist

SHAME ON YOU MATEKE UGANDA MINISTER FOR REGIONAL AFFAIRS This is in response for Mateke's denial in all Ugandan security sponsored  Propaganda online news papers like Softpower, Chimpreports, Nilepost, Vanguardnews, Grapevinenews among others; can he deny his involvement against innocent tutsi students in Mutorere SS in 1972 in retaliation to what happened in Burundi as though these innocent school boys he was supposed to protect had anything to do with what had happened in Burundi, this exposed him and deadly extremist that long ago and he has lived to the billing.  Second he denies ever knowing and goes ahead to say that he is not Rwandese and is not a mercenary implying that he has  no interest in being part of any force intending to distabilize Rwanda, can he disprove the two high ranking FDLR officials (Fils Bazeyi and Abega) who had been hosted at your hotel(Umubano Hotel) in Kisoro on their way to and from meeting you and other government officials in Kampala. * ***THE DEVIL IN BAHIMA OVER GOVERNMENT OF  UGANDA**** Let me start by history of Bahima  think tank Museveni’s origins are shrouded in mystery. Many versions of where he was born and his true nationality are claimed. Those who know him view the vagueness around his origins as deliberately created. He one time said that he was born in Mbarara Hospital even as he claimed he does not know his exact date of birth. That was in Mbarara in April 1992. But later he changed and said it was Ntungamo! This feigned ignorance of his exact birth date is atypical of a man who otherwise boasts of having an incredible memory and ability to recall events that many people have forgotten. The clearest signal of Museveni’s origin comes from the stigma that Rwandese and Ugandans of Rwandese origin have been subjected to. Yoweri Kayibanda, a.k.a Tibuhaburwa, was born in Rwanda, despite his insistence that he was born in Uganda. The most informed sources who have known Museveni since his ear
DID YOU KNOW THAT UGANDA OWES DR.CONGO BILLIONS WHICH BE PAID BY GRAND CHILDRENS. The international court of justice ordered Uganda to pay reparations to the Democratic Republic of Congo for the five-year occupation of its eastern regions. The UN's highest judicial body ruled that Uganda's 1998-2003 intervention violated international sovereignty and led to the killing and torture of civilians and the destruction of villages in DR. Congo by Caleb Akarwanaho alias Saleh Msaleh and his brother Museveni. During the case Museveni claimed that he acted in self-defence  and this was dismissed in a sweeping ruling which piled fresh pressure on President Yoweri Museveni. The court upheld Congo's claim that it had been the victim of unlawful military intervention, though it did not find a deliberate policy of terror. Kinshasa welcomed the ruling and seeked $6-$10bn (£3.4-£5.6bn) in compensation which Uganda budget is now paying and many citizens are unware of financial inf

****THE DEVIL IN MATEKE UGANDAN MINISTER FOR REGIONAL COOPERATION **** Old habits die hard theY say that Mateke's ethnic hatred  runs from his bone marrow through his veins to his old tired brains confirms this.  Before going further let me give our leaders a brief background of Minister Mateke;  He was born in Rwanda present day Burera district and his parents emigrated to Uganda when he was a teenager, it's no doubt he had been taught hate during  **Parimehutu** days as a young boy and he has lived to the billing of a true extremist like his peers who planned and executed the Rwandan Tutsi genocide in 1994.  Now back to the point, Mateke's interview with Voice of Muhabura two days ago was nothing but a hate speech by a minister of Regional cooperation in the East African community,  How sad it is to have extremist for a minister? This has forced me to bring to light Mateke's evil and extremists tendencies from his time as a teacher in the

ANGRY BAFUMBIRA STONE POLICE VEHICLE Kisoro police Vehicle was stoned by bafumbira both old and young claiming that the police officers are part of the suffering of bafumbira and their boss Museveni, many were arrested and journalists were denied entry. They said that dignity should happen in any democracy' chanting "we citizens are tired of greed, corruption, nepotism, bad leadership, lack of empowerment and cronyism. We have been taken for a ride for far too long enough is enough stop we finish you."
