Uganda-Rwanda Relations: Kagame Receives “Special Message” From Museveni In a move to further mend frosty relations between the two countries, President Paul Kagame received a special message from his Ugandan counterpart President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. On Sunday evening, Kagame held a “positive” meeting with Ambassador Adonia Ayebare, President Museveni’s Special Envoy, who traveled to Kigali with a message regarding the two countries’ relationship, a statement from President Kagame’s office said. More than dozen killed in eastern DR Congo rebel attack : At least 22 people killed by ADF fighters At least 22 people have been killed by rebel fighters in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the latest deadly attacks in the region this month, The latest attack was carried out by members of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) in the regional capital of Beni on Saturday night.
