****THE DEVIL IN MATEKE UGANDAN MINISTER FOR REGIONAL COOPERATION ****

Old habits die hard theY say that Mateke's ethnic hatred  runs from his bone marrow through his veins to his old tired brains confirms this. 

Before going further let me give our leaders a brief background of Minister Mateke; 

He was born in Rwanda present day Burera district and his parents emigrated to Uganda when he was a teenager, it's no doubt he had been taught hate during 

**Parimehutu** days as a young boy and he has lived to the billing of a true extremist like his peers who planned and executed the Rwandan Tutsi genocide in 1994. 

Now back to the point, Mateke's interview with Voice of Muhabura two days ago was nothing but a hate speech by a minister of Regional cooperation in the East African community,  How sad it is to have extremist for a minister? This has forced me to bring to light Mateke's evil and extremists tendencies from his time as a teacher in the early 1970's todate.

In 1972 while teaching at Mutorere Secondary School, Mateke's along with Bazira, organised the hunting and extermination of Tutsi students supposedly in a show of solidarity with Burundi hutus after ethnic clashes in Burundi left hutu dead, who was Mateke to organise crimes against innocent students he was supposed to protect? Those who were in Mutorere Secondary school that time can attest to that.

While in Obote's government in the 1980's;

He was their expert in identifying Rwandese for arrest, torture and killing and his main victims were Tutsi refugees in Uganda. He never spared even Bahima for looking Tutsi his current masters'(Museveni) relatives being some of his targets.

In the 1990 Rwanda liberation struggle, Mateke took it upon himself to provide Intelligence to Habyarimana's forces  (Interahamwe) for places on Uganda territory to bombard with heavy artillery, this killed many innocent Bafumbira whom Mateke claims to love and care for so much in areas of Muramba, Nyarusiza, Chanika and Murora.

After his genocidal buddies lost power in 1994; 

He relentless supported their movement to DR Congo using his extremist friends who were managing Eastern  Congo  (Northern Kivu and Southern Kivu) to provide his buddies with safe haven. He has since worked closely with terrorist groups destabilizing the region from Eastern Congo for past 25 years.

Today he is working closely with anti Rwanda forces  (RNC, FDLR, RUD-Urunana and FNL) as their god father and overall coordinator using his ministry and his home and hotel in Kisoro district in south western Uganda.

Many Rwandese who come to Uganda on Mateke's invitation posing as Congolese refugees and those evading justice in Rwanda for whatever crimes they may have committed have a red carpet welcome to Uganda and will never at any one time be branded illegal immigrants because under Mateke's care they get Ugandan national ID's which even true Ugandans sweat to get despite being their fundamental right to get them especially Ugandans whose names associate with Rwanda and Burundi culture especially those from Kisoro, Kabale, Masaka,Mubende, Kiboga were put on stand still to receive passports and ID's.

Let me pose this question to everyone, 

Is Mateke doing this in isolation or with the blessing of his boss Museveni? 

Your guess is as good as mine. I rest my case but leave urging all reasonable citizens not to be dragged in this hate mud by an old imbecile like Hon Dr. Philemon Mateke we don't want a war in Kisoro, we have already identified the enemy very soon we shall weed it out!
