CREDIBLE EVIDENCE LINKS 1ST SON MUHOOZI KAINERUGABA  TO HAVE POISONED GEN LOKECH?

There is credible links that the killing of Lt. Gen Paul Lockech was planned by the few members of Uganda’s Special Forces command.

In early june this year, four attackers riding on two motorcycles with concealed number plates followed Gen Katumba Wamala from his home in the capital, Kampala, 4km (2.5 miles) before they sprayed his vehicle with bullets shortly before 9am.

The general’s daughter, Brenda Nantogo, and driver Haruna Kayondo were killed in the attack, while another bodyguard survived. Wamala, who once served as army chief, was wounded in an arm.

The style of the attack echoed that of several others over the years in which many high-profile Ugandans have been killed, with the perpetrators never brought to justice.

White-clad forensic police swarmed the scene of the shooting, where bullet holes riddled the rear and driver’s side of Wamala’s car an official army vehicle easily identified by its distinctive military green number plates.

In June 2018, Ibrahim Abiriga, a leading politician from Museveni’s National Resistance Movement party, was killed alongside his bodyguard in similar circumstances.

In March 2017, witnesses described how Uganda AIGP Andrew Kaweesi was killed in a hail of bullets, also by four masked assailants riding two motorcycles and near the site of the latest attack on Wamala.

And in March 2015, Joan Kagezi, a prosecutor in charge of investigating an attack in Kampala in 2010, was shot dead by men on motorbikes as she returned home.

On 2nd june 2021, a joint security team headed by Maj Gen Lokech started investigating the possible motives behind the attack on former Works and Transport minister, General Katumba Wamala, this team comprised of CID headquarters homicide department with the help of crime intelligence to analyse information, police flying squad to assist in operations and CCTV surveillance team to provide forensic information and Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence with the purpose of coordinating all tracking maps using the CMI tracking system.

Few months later Lokech was able to identify the killers, for example one Hussein who was the mastermind behind the plot, and the one who commanded all the other suspects before, during and after execution of the planned assassination.

According to links many suspects were burnt down in Makindye by Lokech and they belonged to Special Forces command under inspection of Muhoozi Kainerugaba 1st before being moved to land forces by his biological father who is commander in chief.

Report has it that since Lokech identified the Katumba shooting suspect Kainerugaba reduced his usual talkativeness on twitter, many of his believers on social media and his worshippers under Muhoozi project never said anything to appreciate Lokech’s success.

An unclassified intelligence report confirms the role which Andrew Mwenda senior spy and intelligence coordinator of journalists played in the killing of Gen Lokech,

The independent individual intelligence based its assessment that approved Mwenda’s dressing code during the funeral of Gen Lokech was a decision making of saluting Muhoozi Kainerugaba over the great mission accomplished and the direct involvement of Mwenda and his elder brother Maj Gen Kayanja also relative of Kainerugaba in visiting Lokech’s home and organizing a thanks party serves as a key link detail in the operation of finishing Lokech.

In conclusion Gen Katumba should explore ways to ensure the repercussions for the brutal murder of her daughter beyond those who carried it out, to the one who ordered it.
