LOCKING SCHOOLS TURNS KISORO TEENS INTO DANGEROUS CRIMINALS Since schools were closed in Uganda by president Museveni, murder cases are on rise in different parts of Kisoro as teens are sleeping in centres taking alcohol, stealing raping and killing old people who try to stop them from illegal actions.
