More and more reports that Museveni's security forces are now plucking out nails and teeth of their victims sow terror

Chilling tales of victims of kidnap are being subjected to unspeakable torture, including plucking out of their nails and teeth have re-emerged. Ugandans have have seen horror footages of several victims recently dumped, with rotting fingers and toes as well as toothless gums.

"It is unfortunate that even as we speak, many Ugandans are going missing for days and weeks others for years," said Robert Kyagulanyi, believed by many to be the winner of the presidential elections concluded in January.

It's painful and sad that we continue to witness kidnappings and dissappearances of people from different communities. Those who are “lucky” to come out alive have nails and teeth plucked out through advanced electrocutions. Many of them will suffer lifetime disabilities as a result of the excessive torture they were subjected to by Museveni's security forces.

Sadly, apart from a statement here and there, Ugandans are yet to see concrete action against Museveni and his security forces. The International Community has to act! Their inaction has only emboldened Museveni and his agents like Gutti, who has continued kidnapping Ugandans off the streets and from their homes, leaving a trail of grief, broken homes, and destitution in Ugandan society.

Today, almost every family in Uganda has a missing member, or is nursing an invalid recently dumped from illegal detention. Many were executed in cold blood by security forces. The list of missing persons keeps growing every passing day, since the security predators are always on the prowl in their dreaded “drones.”
