Horrendous tales from Museveni's own “Abu Ghraib” torture dungeons call for the heinous murderer to be dragged to ICC
As time goes by, more damning revelations are emerging that under the guise of law enforcement, SFC in collaboration with CMI are running a raft of torture chambers around the country to eliminate all supporters of National Unity Platform. In those torture dungeons, the agents of the two security institutions, operating on 'orders from above', kidnap targetted people as part of a grand scheme to “finish” supporters of Uganda’s main opposition group. Those who are lucky to come out of the ordeal alive go through
unimaginable psychological trauma which lingers for many years. One of the
courageous victims of those who has been able to share their horrific
experiences described scenes from hell. He talks of being blindfolded using a
small, round, tight-fitting skull cap before being introduced to wickedness
surpassing even the world infamous Abu Ghraib torture scenes.
Victims are tied in place with metallic chains before the “games”
begin. These include waterboarding, and beatings with poles accompanied by
mockery. This is followed by a series
cruel physical and psychological torture that includes electrocutions targeting
private parts! That is just how depraved Abel Kandiho’s men, the most notorious
of Museveni’s torturers, are. It is torture that goes on for months, leaving
those that survive it empty shells of their former selves.
In the CMI and SFC torture dungeons (at Mbuya Military Barracks,
Makindye Military Barracks, and several “safe houses” in places like Kalangala
Island, there are scenes from Lucifer’s own house! Floors are smeared with
blood, fragments of tooth, and plucked out finger and toe nails. Many will
never leave alive. They die in big numbers, with trucks collecting them nightly
to dump them into lakes, forests, and other mass graves. The vast majority of
them are supporters of NUP.
The US in slapping sanctions on members of Museveni’s Gestapo is just
a small step in the right direction. The US, should not, and cannot wait much
longer before taking meaningful steps to hold Museveni to account. This is a
dangerous mass murderer whose campaign of extermination against, specifically
Baganda supporters of Bobi Wine will not stop.
Unless the International Community comes to the rescue, and begin
proceeds to drag Museveni and his main henchmen to the International Criminal
Court!
