Butcher Museveni cynically laughs at People power victims in their tears

Reading Museveni's long blog where he comically tries to justify the actions of his security forces that helped him cling to power is revealing of a very sadistic mindset. As there's no law in Uganda that justifies abduction and disappearances, Museveni is trying to defend himself. He tries to relive the past, demonizing past regimes and their armies, his blog instead reads like the new UPDF manifesto. But alas! ironically, this is his desperate attempt to calm things down as the international community breathes hot air down his neck.

Museveni is taking his diversional games too far now. Many Ugandans are still nursing injuries after a very brutal election period. Many are disappeared and dead. Ugandans have lost countless loved ones to the bullets of Museveni’s security forces. Unknown numbers have been dumped in the lakes.

As if stealing the votes to illegitimately declare himself the winner was not enough, Museveni embarked on a campaign to abduct and disappear supporters of the opposition. The killing spree is still ongoing.

In his patented modus operandi, Museveni is now trying to pretend as if we are exaggerating the levels of the crimes of his security forces (on his orders!) Talk of blaming the victims!

“All those armies were famous for beating people, looting (okwaaya), raping women, killings, destruction of property (raiding cattle, destroying buildings etc.)", Museveni writes referring to past regimes. Well, Mr. Museveni, Ugandans believe that your security forces have done and are still doing worse!

If he thought that his article would help calm the agony of Ugandans and accord him the benefit of doubt, the effect has been the opposite.

Apparently, Museveni is so ashamed of himself right now because of what he has become and what he has progressively turned Uganda into, that he can only reminisce the blissful times when Ugandans combined forces to depose Obote's dictatorship. "NRA captured major towns of Uganda such as Fort-Portal, Mubende, Kiboga, Kasese, Kamwengye, Bushenyi, Ibanda, Mbarara, Kabaale, Masaka, Kampala, Jinja, Tororo, Mbale, Gulu, Lira, Arua etc,” he blabs. “Quote for me a number of incidents of lootings, beatings or killings during that take-over of Uganda by the NRA, if you are honest," he says.

But Museveni forgets the fact that the NRA were a combined force of all Ugandans from all walks of life. Museveni always makes the mistake of giving himself credit for what those Ugandans of earlier NRA years did. He is factually and morally wrong.

Museveni couldn’t have chosen a worse analogy in his sadistic attempt to sanitize the atrocities committed by his security forces. "A surgeon uses a knife, just like the butcher does. However, the surgeon’s knife only goes for the tumor, for the cancer", he claims. So, this is how he talks about Ugandans!

We understand that Museveni considers us to be a cancerous tumor, which explains why his security forces have been butchering us with impunity since 1986!

The best reparation that Museveni can offer us right now is to step down unconditionally, and present himself to law enforcement.
