Why is Museveni’s war Emissary in Kisoro Losing Here, There and Everywhere?

Almost 80% of residents in Kisoro feel that Crooked Mateke has greatly affected their confidence in government institutions, As Uganda gears up for its next general election, people in Kisoro view Mateke and her daughter Sarah Nyirabashitsi as a bigger threat to the area's development than anything else, because he has been mobilizing locals to hate Rwanda and encouraging youth to join the rebels in Congo which caused border closure hence disrupting development.

According to different sources within the NRM district management circles, people are not happy happy with the conduct of Mateke, many have complained to be removed from being party chairman in Kisoro, but he has been favored by his master. His Deputy chairman NRM Mr. Ndikuyezi  Ramadhan is believed to have geared more support in Kisoro to become party head over the evil man who is dividing residence with tribalism.

Philemon Mateke's history of hate directed against the Tutsi is a matter of public record that dates back to his days as a high school teacher in the 1970s, When President Museveni added this particular responsibility to his ministerial duties, he knew pretty well, Mateke was the man for the job.

Mateke was part of Diocese of Muhabura as Laity which he later lost to John Tereraho because the whole clergies accused him for being tribalistic which angered the area Bishop Cranmer Mugisha, and his committee that was headed by Hon Sam Bitangaro hence causing serious enmity between Bitangaro and Mateke, currently the Anglican church which used to host evangelical from Rwanda but due to border closure all things became bad for them.

Following the last year's public revelation of his role and association with the terrorist groups targeting Rwanda, Mateke has been seriously hated by every breathing Mufumbira for causing border closure and allowing enemies to overpower residents to the level of blocking them from right to movement at the army road block of Kanaba.

Philemon Mateke first unveiled himself as a man motivated by ethnic hate in the early 1970s. As a teacher at Mutorere Secondary School in Kisoro, Western Uganda, he secretly mobilized Hutu students who hailed from both Kisoro and Rwanda to attack fellow students who came from camps that hosted Rwandan refugees in Uganda.

Mateke has been fighting innocent residency in Kisoro accusing them for allying with Rwanda, he caused and influenced the arrest of Gen. Kayihura and allied with Abel Kandiho of CMI by influencing his arrest, ordering army to block him from accessing his home in Kisoro, and this has caused many people to be aggressive against this evil promoter in the area, actually he could have been stoned badly if he had no security guards.

Evidently Philemon Mateke's hate ideology did not start yesterday, he started grooming and mentoring future genocide perpetrators decades ago. His active and enthusiastic involvement with FDLR and RNC is a natural progression of a lifetime commitment, he recently fought the hard working member of Parliament Hon Rose Kabagyeni by replacing her with her own daughter who they bribed and stole votes to make her win fraudulently.

Mateke allied with Paul Bucyanayandi to win the kisoro district municipality NRM Primaries against Sam Byibesho because they accused him to have been close to the people advocating for John Kalekezi University in Nyakabande, he also allied with Abel Bizimana to defeat Bazanye Mutabazi Milton who he accusses for being a tutsi.

According to Hon Rose Kabagyeni, Bitangaro, and Byibesho, they are now mobilizing locals to stand up strong and defeat the promoter of conflicts, mr Bitangaro promised to stand with all those that believe in God to see the evil man defeated from the beautiful Kisoro, another resource shows that he Mateke is busy mobilizing youth using money to support her daughter but they are also withdrawing
