Museveni's Paranoia is turning him against Ugandan Banyarwanda

 

For those who know people who are paranoid, they can tell you that Museveni has acute paranoia because of his failure to serve Ugandans for more than three decades.

He has tried to use Ugandan Banyarwanda in his evil plans against Rwanda forgetting that they are constitutional recognised as tribe in Uganda.

Museveni and his extremist officials are trying to blend Ugandan Banyarwanda as anti- Museveni by circulating coached videos of local people abusing and questioning Museveni's poor performance as the steward of Uganda.

This is a ploy to divert Ugandans from the pressing issues to turning them against their otherwise good neighbors. Extremist groups operating freely in Uganda like FDLR, RUD-Urunana and RNC under the watchful eye of CMI are another strong reason Museveni views Ugandan Banyarwanda as a stumbling block because he knows they can't work together in his evil plans.

The above are reasons the sustained propaganda to portray Ugandan Banyarwanda as anti- Museveni which of course they will want to mean that they are anti-Uganda.

We have not fared well several years after our independence for one reason or the other, but no leader has ever failed us as Tibuhaburwa, the old man and his corrupt men and women have failed us as a nation and this is the reason why youth should look beyond regret and think of a way forward.

In the economic sector and given the vast human and natural resources, our country has clearly lacked behind in the past 35 years,  the economy is today at the verge of total collapse due to poor leadership of Tibuhaburwa.

The energy sector is in no shape, with huge hydro electronic schemes and several thermal stations, Ugandans today are without electricity and those who are able to have, pay a lot of money, Power blackouts have become part of the social and economic lives and nearly emasculating the entire economy, and the dam is ours here in Jinja.

In transportation, it has been a chequered experience. The railway system which was so popular in those days is no more, the Uganda airlines which Tibuhaburwa found is also nowhere and here he is stealing through white collar means by taxing citizens via OTT to maintain Bombardier.

The health sector has equally declined within the past 35 years. Virtually all tiers of the healthcare delivery system are in disarray and unable to provide affordable services to the citizenry. Today Ugandans are taking solace in herbal medicines this is common in all buses moving during day time across Uganda.

In education, though there are more institutions of learning, the standard has been declining consistently. This is easily attributable to death of facilities by Tibuhaburwa.

Ugandans are still living in abject poverty and witnessing hyper-inflation, increasing plutocracy, economic doctrine, and mass unemployment, they continue to witness destructive crises and conflicts leading to state of insecurity, tremendous loss of money and businesses e.g border closure, massive corruption, and destruction, looting of properties all over the country.
