Since the outbreak of Covid 19 Museveni has been looting public funds and unsuccessfully tried to devise means to rig the scientific elections though it has not worked in his favor.

The only option he is left with is to consolidate his hate propaganda against his Southern neighbor Rwanda and this time in direct coordination with his new cadre the current Burundi president Ndayishimiye Evarist. 

It's no coincidence that they issued hateful statements against Rwanda on the same day just hours apart.

The confused and panicky Museveni has been overwhelmed by the young vibrant musician to the point of spending billions of tax payers money to bribe and infiltrate the musicians party. 

M7 has so far unsuccessfully tried to use his political mercenary, Andrew Mwenda to infiltrate and disorganize Bobi Wine's NUP. This political mercenary was and his master were hugely embarrassed when he picked and filled wrong nomination forms thinking they were party and presidential nomination forms in his quest to start his disorganize the party from the onset.
