US sanctions on kayihura was Peak of stupidity
Whenever the specter of governmental injustice lords over Africa,
America always makes its boisterous, unapologetic voice heard on a continent
purportedly starved of human rights, sanctioning many people for nothing.
I was utterly shocked at what I have been seeing after death of
George Floyd,i had to remind myself that this is first world democracy.
The truth is the Americans don't really care about human rights,
especially the human rights of we Africans, America is always proud to condemn
the brutal violence by cowardly and vicious armed groups and the
disproportionate use of force by security forces in Africa.
It's just ridiculous and rubbish to always condemn us than solving
their human rights crisis at home.
Americans should stop having a superiority complex where they think
that they are the only ones who care about human rights.
Without a shadow of doubt, and speaking in full knowledge of facts I’m
convinced that the way forward for our country Uganda doesn't uphold the
American system as a model but as a cautionary tale, no more nonsense of
lecturing us human rights.
George Floyd's tragic death is not an isolated incident, not a
mistake or an exception. It is a sign of a systemic failure in upholding the
human rights of minorities and migrants in America, therefore pan Africanists
should be disappointed as I am with America's dubious modus operandi and
deplorable human rights record.
Whenever something goes terribly amiss and somebody dies at the
hands of the police as it happened in Minneapolis, America reacts with
immediate moral outrage and the fact of its predictable stream is not human
rights but superiority complex with their hidden agendas, using perspective
view of our fellows in Libya, Libya is suffering from a political, economic and
security crisis simply because people's struggle was fallen prey to foreign
agendas, 9 years since the end of Gaddafi's rule, the country is in chaos, the
sense of hope for a better future is now lost, simply because of the nonsense
of falling prey to the hidden agenda.
Many opposition leaders in Africa are unable to impose their own
objective of a genuine civil administrations, simply because they're all about
defeating present leadership thru foreign prey (hidden agenda) due to
preponderance of the military who can still remain in transitional government,
it is very unlikely that the new government will be able to eliminate the deep
and corrupting influences of the military of the past corrupt gov't, a good
example is recent Sudanese uprising, which was made up of the youth, the core
of uprising is totally set to fail due to presence of deep mafia of NCP, the
youth were totally quashed.
