For Museveni and Rwanda David Himbara is another Mateke.

Most of us must have seen Himbara's article talking about Ugandan Rwandese being sidelined in Paul Kagame's government. The question we ask ourselves is are they Ugandans or Rwandese or both?

Who is Himbara?

I will briefly describe who David Himbara is before I delve further into why it's becoming Ugandas' and particularly Museveni's business meddling in Rwanda's sovereign business; Himbara is Col Byabagamba Tom who was Presidential security's brother now serving 21 year jail term for treason. 

The same Himbara is Tribert Rujugiro's ADC the same tycoon who fled Rwanda and found safe haven in Uganda where is doing business with Museveni and his ultra corrupt brother Gen Salim Saleh. 

Rujugiro just few weeks ago contributed over 250 million shillings to corrupt Museveni's "Covid 19" fight which he (Museveni) is using as a campaign tool at the expense of poor Ugandans lives.

Museveni has continued to deal with Rwandan enemy Rujugiro like he is using his Minister Mateke to cooperate with FDLR. It is not surprising therefore that Himbara's article challenging Kagame's internal administrative decisions is very complimentary to the so called statehouse social media brigade blog talking of a Rwandan general fired for corruption being called a good soldier. 

This statehouse social media brigade is run and managed by a one Toyi who is half Rwandese. The good "Ugandans" are Museveni's fanatics who on failing to meet Paul Kagame's standards of discipline and accountability and end up running to Uganda where they find safe haven with full state protection.

What authority does Museveni's PR brigade Admin have to classify Rwandan official as good boy because they have been found short of their expectations in Kagame's cabinet. Gen Nyanvumba's removal from cabinet and calling him the last good Ugandan in Rwanda's army and cabinet; it beats every sane persons' understanding how a sovereign state's army officer can be called another country's good citizen by none other than a fugitive who himself run away from accountability due to his rotten corruption tendencies.

I will disagree with Museveni and statehouse social media Brigade run by one Toyi who is half Rwandan and Museveni's mercenary

that said that good "Ugandan" officials in Rwandan government and Gen Nyanvumba being a good soldier now that he is being held accountable respectively;

Those who are Museveni's fanatics, running away from accountability and strict orders of discipline as thumb rule by the Rwandan President are the good boys to the extent of being called Ugandans. What a shame and treachery!!

Clearly Museveni and his government want failed a failed state in Rwanda just like the failed state of Uganda which they've presided over for the last 34yrs.

I will now list a few corrupt Rwandan officials who stole and invested in Uganda and eventually fled to and through Uganda;

Lt Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa who owns bought buildings and plots in prime areas of Entebbe a plot near former Entebbe Zoo now Uganda Wildlife Education Center and Kampala like the Kiwafu zone house that used to be rented for Amelia Kyambade when she was Museveni's personal assistant and acts as one of CMIs safe houses.

Rujugiro Tribert chief financier of FDLR and RNC now owns a big tobacco factory in Arua in North West Uganda of course in partnership with Museveni's brother Gen Salim Saleh

Himbara David and other corrupt officials who have run away from accountability should know that much as they think Museveni is their "friend" should know he is using them for his selfish interests and will drop them like they are hot potatoes. 

We advise Museveni and his henchmen to first address Uganda's stinging corruption issues under statehouse's nose like the 600 million euro Covid funds that is not being accounted for, billions worth of supplies in cash and in kind. Impunity, Lt Gen Tumukunde's  incarceration, Hon Zaake's torture more than once the most recent during covid 19 that is putting him in and out of coma.

And many corruption scandals that have put Uganda in the top most corrupt countries in the world. 

Lastly let's as Ugandans advise Museveni to first remove the log in countries eye before trying to remove a speck in his neighbors eye.
