Coronavirus Exposes the Ugandan Dictator to the bone

Corona needs no introduction because of gravity and huge impact on the whole world; 

But to the recklessly corrupt Ugandan leadership under the stewardship of World's most corrupt President(HE Museveni), this was another zillionth opportunity to make quick money for themselves and for their evil master at the expense of Ugandan lives.

When the whole world was getting their first corona cases and devising strict control measures mainly at their airports, Ugandan aviation staff were making a killing by extorting money from travelers coming from category one countries not knowing they themselves and their loved ones would be equally in danger. 

The politicians and powerful men were not left out as most of them picked the close relatives flying in from Europe, Asia and North America. They all used their positions in government to get their relatives with being taken into the mandatory 14days quarantine.

When the pandemic finally arrived in Uganda courtesy of the above mentioned loopholes in the country's leadership, The ever comical Museveni undressed himself by first and foremost making hasty decisions disregarding the ordinary Ugandan and of course using the military he so much is obsessed with to fight a medical war, how crazy is this senile old man?

He had the audacity to rush to his rubber stamp parliament to request for a supplementary budget but surprisingly though was the fact that he in his crazy mind wanted more money allocated to security(82Bn) as opposed to 81Bn for Health as though this was a military issue, I rest my case.

Now him and his corrupt government have come up with an idea of providing food aid to vulnerable Ugandans but the way it's being done has exposed them more. How could they say they are going to provide food to 1.5m Ugandans in Wakiso and Kampala yet almost all Ugandans are equally  in need.

Finally his un tamed greed and obsession to stay in Power has been exposed so much so that when other patriotic Ugandans felt the need to be their neighbors keepers by sharing the little that they had (Hon Luttamaguzi of Nakaseke, Hon Bobi Wine of People Power, Dr Kiiza Besigye and the Peoples governmen and others), 

Museveni quickly called them opportunists and hence forth banned the from doing so unless they channel all the aid through the national task Force put in place by the corrupt dictator. He even went further to instruct his security to arrest and have his courts charge who 

ever try to offer an food or other supplies with attempted murder, who in his sane mind would ever reason like this except Uganda's "Liberation leader"?

I believe there's no one in the whole world is happy with the Corona pandemic than this old man because it came a time when he was having sleepless nights courtesy of  Bobi Wine's people power, he even proposed postponement of elections before Corona got to Uganda meaning it came as a blessing to his political prayers.
