Minister of State for Regional Cooperation Mateke Philemon Hell bent on harassing and torturing Rwandans

Mateke Philemon needs no introduction to anyone in the great Lakes region because is synonymous with ethnic hatred since before his adopted countries independence.

Early this week a group of 6 young Rwandese (4 boys and 2 young women) were arrested by Ugandan security operatives of course under the sorry minister's directive and have been in police custody since then. As if to confirm his connection to these innocent young Rwandese arrest subsequent detention beyond the mandated 48hrs, he (Mateke) has shifted his base to Kisoro to ensure he personally influences the courts of law trying them. They are accused of illegal stay in Uganda. But Mateke has added another accusation against these poor young Rwandese that they are Rwandan spies out in Kisoro to eliminate him.

They were arrested last week on orders of Philemon Mateke.

The above five have been working in Kisoro for over than five years.

This reckless accusation by this demented old minister comes after he had brought up the most stupid and careless accusation that Rwanda wants to occupy and take Kabale and Kisoro during a meeting at state House in which Museveni, his security chiefs and Anti Rwanda chief Mateke. But the director external security organization refuted the old ministers' accusation as rubbish.

This brings us back to Mateke in the previous governments he served;

Am not a prophet of doom but in the mid eighties when he was Obote's minister of state for Education he accused and branded whoever was not kneeling for him as Museveni rebel costing many of them their freedom and lives. But as I said earlier every government that gives this devil of a man platform to carry on his ethnic hatred falls quiet quickly.

Now Museveni whose sympathizers and supporters suffered so much under the same Mateke, many of whom abandoning their professions and families to go to exile has forgotten and put Mateke in his government and given him the privilege of continuing his ethnic hatred un hindered. Mateke may bring the downfall of Museveni government just like he did to the other governments he served in.

As we speak now, he is in Kisoro to single out Rwandese to arrest and detain telling security operatives that they are dangerous Rwandan spies and hit men. The truth is that Mateke is not someone that can be targeted by any sensible person because he is past his useful time and nearing his demise, the question is how ready is he to face his creator if at he believes in life and death? He sure will go to the hottest part of hell because living a hate filled angry life.

Let us put it in the sense of reasoning, Is there ministerial chamber in Kisoro so that since 2017 Mateke cannot stay in Kampala and instead keep loitering in Kisoro with brutal arrests and busy spreading enmity among the people, Yes the daughter Nyirabashitsi Mateke Sarah has interest in area woman Member of parliament seat for Kisoro district but that shouldn’t amount his father to shift his office of regional affairs to Kisoro.

As I stated earlier, the United Kisoro will not tolerate Mateke FDRL backed attacks against our people, our interests, and our country Uganda, All options are on the table as we work with our people village per village to bring the open truth on table, and maintain deterrence mechanism of whoever that want to drag us into bloodshed with our very own people, we shall not give Mateke any single breathing space to practice hatred, him being a minister doesn’t guarantee him to practice stupidity.

Will not tolerate! We have all seen the consequence of Mateke’s actions more especially after border closure, he backed out the FDRL, FLN RNC among other to get free residential homes in Kisoro, he caused arrest of general Kayihura moreover who gave him ministerial job though allying with crooked Tumukunde which resulted to suffering of many people.

His colleague in hatled and terror actions has been arrested we are waiting to see how he will be sneezing in the cold Kisoro with his CMI body guards.
