 Cpt Nshimiyimana Cassien Alias Gavana of RUD URUNANA Operating in Kisoro


Gavana a close friend to dangerous old man Mateke participated in the last year's attacks in Kiningi northern Rwanda, He directly commanded the massacre of 14 Rwadans in Kinigi he and other terrorists of RUD Urunana backed by Uganda regional affairs minister Philemon Mateke.

Gavana normally crosses over via bunagana border to visit his wife who is per now full time resident in Kisoro south western Uganda that happens to be minister Mateke's country home.

His rebel group is based in Binza-Ruchuro in DR Congo, where they do cross over to Uganda via Buganana to meet Philemon Mateke, many of these rebels have been granted full time scholarship at Mateke's daughter' owned University called METROPOLITAN located on Kisoro Kabale road where these rebels are being taught English and sleeping in Mateke owned hotel Umubano.

Kisoro people have already attacked Mateke both on social media and physical to stop causing hatled wihin the area per now he has got deep misunderstandings with the area Mp Hon, Sam Bitangaro who advised him to quit nosense of attacking Rwanda instead many saw Hon Bitangaro being paraded to court for anti corruption which many people said that Mateke was behind his arrest.

This very dangerous evil minded Minister of Museveni's government, is playing as he feel to be victim while he has been involved in organising some fatal attacks in Rwanda especially in Kinigi Musanze District, Mateke is claiming that Rwanda wants to kill him by giving testimonieswith his usual hypocrisy, but people in Kisoro have said that even it can be killing nobody can waste his bullets on that old evil man, they can rather be hanged because he has affected people badly.

Mateke
has been a key player in Museveni's plan to destabilize Rwanda. Uganda denied Mateke's meeting FDLR top leaders and his phone exchanges with Kinigi attacks. One Ugandan telephone number appeared to have been in contact with the attackers both before and during the attack. And this number has been found to belong to Hon Mateke Philemon Uganda's Minister of State for Regional Cooperation.

It is important to note that massive crackdown around border areas like Kisoro, Kabale and Kagitumba are conducted under the supervision of
Philemon Mateke
whose hatred for Rwandans is so deeply rooted, Mateke has closely been linked to FDLR elements and is a family to them.

The classified intelligence on Musabyimana aka Jean-Michel Africa also shows that he was in constant contact with Uganda’s Minister of State for Regional Affairs, Philemon Mateke who has been working tirelessly to unify the forces that seek to destabilize Rwanda using his homeland Kisoro but per now his in misery busy convincing people to vote her daughter as area Woman member of parliament but people have said that enough is enough we know the source of the problem.
