Minister Philemon Mateke delivered Uganda national ID's to rebels!

Minister Philemon Mateke delivered Uganda national IDs to an LCI chairperson in Kibugu Kisoro district called Nteziryayo Charles from Rwanda who have lived on areas of Nyarusiza and Muramba for the last two-three years.

These ID's were delivered to more than 300 families of Rwandans in those two nyaruziza and muramba subcounties and others were distributed within Kisoro Municipality to a total of over 1500 people who pick them in mubano hotel and disappear after getting them.

These people within kisoro are the ones Mateke and cronies are using for their evil plans of causing war in the area. Matekye has helped these people to acquire land in Kisoro making them a threat to Bafumbira who already have little and these people own a lot of land within kisoro.

Mateke met Mr. Nteziryayo Charles on the 25th October 2019 and handed him Uganda national ID's for Rwandans in areas of Kibugu and Kanombe.

Mateke met Busekuro's son and Karikumutima Dennis a business man in Kisoro and owner of Kabirigi Guest house opposite Kisoro Hospital where FDLR people always hold meetings and stay whenever in Kisoro on the 27th October 2019, The above two meetings were held at Mubano Hotel.

Mateke met BAM (real names Mbanzabugabo Ephraim) at his house on the 28th October 2019.
NB: All these people he (Mateke) met are renown FDLR supporters, coordinators and business buddies in Kisoro
