We shall not wait for the "Do nothing" ~ kisoro on JKIST

RE:DEMAND NOTICE CUM INTENTION TO BOYCOTT PRESIDENT M7'S VISIT TO KISORO.::

When a delegation led and mobilised by the area Mp.Hon Rose Kabageni Visited state house Entebbe in early February this year 2019,the Major issue of concern was John Kale Institute of Science and Technology(JKIST).

The president in his speech accepted to have it in place together with other demands;He had laid a foundation stone on 14/10/2017 When he had visited at the thanks giving ceremony by the then IGP Gen Kale Kayihura.

When the president visited the district on 31/7/2019 during his wealth creation tours,he was shocked to find that people had BOYCOTTED and instead the organizers had ferried school children and other people who were not happy with him at all bcoz they were just ferried and did not come on their will.

On seeing the situation he resorted to giving sweets to people and children who were on the road sides.

As people of kisoro who used to vote NRM 99% We are Angry 1).For the Mafias in government Like Kaka and group who Masterminded the arrest of one of us Gen Kale.This is however forgivable bcoz the Gen told me that we should still support NRM and i disagreed with him but people are still angry Until they allow him to travel freely to kisoro and other areas thereby relaxing his bail terms.

2)People are angry about the president's Continued lying to the people of kisoro,All tourism roads are in sorry state to the extent that they have also become tourist attraction features,Mgahinga road has been on waiting list for now 5years,Water problem has been in Kisoro since 1990 when the tanks that had been in Obote government died out!

However we thank nrm government for Kabale kisoro Bunagana cyanika road which we think was also done due to being a requirement for all East African countries to tarmac their roads that lead to border points!,,,,,We also thank nrm for now on going water project which will supply clean water to the entire district in 34years in power.

When the president came on 31/07/2019 and clearly saw that the Bafumbira have joined other Ugandans who are tired,he Called Minister Dr.Philemon Mateke and informed him that kisoro had emerged the LAST in attendance of wealth creation tours!

He then Hatched a Plan to Re-Visit kisoro! According to me,he has nothing more to tell the people of Kisoro apart from repeating the same song of what he already promised people.

GIVE US JKIST and we mend fences!
