Open letter to SECRETARY OF STATE MIKE POMPEO

THROUGH USA EMBASSY IN KAMPALA UGANDA

::::::::::::USA SANCTIONS ON GEN.KALE KAYIHURA AND FAMILY::::::::

Its so sad that the USA has continued to poke its nose in the Affairs of other sovereign Countries affairs.The most recent is where they put Sanctions on the person of Gen Kale Kayihura and family Alleging that he presided over a police force that abused human rights.Let me remind the USA that like Gen Kale Commanded Police force,there is no evidence whatsoever that he allegedly committed the said crimes,THOSE WHOSE EVIDENCE ARE VISIBLE LIKE GEN ELWELU WHEN HE KILLED PEOPLE OF KASESE IN BROAD DAY LIGHT ARE FREE,SAM KUTESA WHO TOOK A BRIBE AND WHO IS A MASTER OF CORRUPTION IN UGANDA IS FREE,KAKA OF ISO,KANDIHO OF CMI ARE FREE

                                                                          

Do you want to tell me that you apply the "so called Justice"selectively or And mind you Gen Kale was a commander of police as IGP who was serving a COMMANDER IN CHIEF CALLED YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI,and the question is,Can a junior commander make his own orders or he/she takes orders from the Senior.

In your letter you said that the human rights violations were committed by police's flying squard who reported directly to Gen Kayihura,do you want to tell me that Gen Kale had nowhere to report?Did Uganda have 2 Governments where one was headed by Gen Kale and anothet headed by Pres.Museveni?

You based your "So called research" on hearsay,in fact you didnt do any research about the accusations that you listed in your communique,YOU WERE HOODWINKED BY THE UGANDAN MAFIAS WHO ARE AGAINST THE PERSON OF GEN.KALE.

You claim to preside over a clean system,why would you dictate to another country,your decision clearly undermine THE PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL JUSTICE,YOU HEARD THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPLIED YOU WITH "FAKE" INFORMATION BUT REFUSED GEN KALE TO DEFEND HIMSELF,WHERE IS RESPECT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THIS?

When Your Country attacked Iraq,Libya etc Killed alot of people,their leaders killed,Was that respect of Human Rights?Are those who commanded the said wars sanctioned as well? Spare us please.Many people have lived a purposeful and happy life when they have never stepped any foot on the US soil.USA IS NOT GOD,ITS ALSO UNDER GOD AS PRES.TRUMP HAS ALWAYS SAID,HE IS ALSO A VICTIM OF FAKE NEWS MEDIA IN USA,YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO REALISE THE EVEN IN UGANDA WE HAVE FAKE NEWS,FAKE RESEARCHERS WHOM YOU BASED ON TO ARRIVE AT A FAKE CONCLUSION.

TO OPPOSITION POLITICIANS IN UGANDA AND AFRICA AT LARGE;

Whenever a crackdown is done by the sitting government,you cry to the whites or the "so called international community" for help yet you claim to be independent,where is your independence when you still depend on foreign aid?Learn how to solve your differences domestically,those whites are not your friends by friends with your Natural resources like Oil,Gold etc.

TO HON BOBI WINE,JOEL SENYONYI AND SSEMUJU NGANDA;

I thought you guys are fighting to liberate Uganda by Ousting Gen M7 and bring change in the country;Your celebrations about Gen Kale Sanctions who is even not a commander any more is Sad to those who look upon you for change.

Particularly Hon Bobi,When you were tortured to near death together with Hon Zaake and others,the killing of your Driver Yasin Kawuma etc Gen Kale was in prison! The current wave of murders and dissapearance of people at the hands of ISO And CMI have continued to go on despite the absence of Gen Kale in the system.Those who are celebrating these STUPID SANCTIONS are politically MYOPIC,AMATEURISH and deserve no place in the political arena of the country.

As Ugandan Opposition,you should be targeting the head not the tail.
