AN OPEN LETTER TO U. S. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, THE OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC)

Today 13th Sept 2019, you have issued a statement showing the visa ban for Gen. Kale Kayihura and blocking of his properties which are in control and ownership directly or indirectly, in possession or control of USA persons. All this is due to the so called violations of human rights and corruption amongst many other allegations.
1. As a Ugandan πΊπ¬, I have no problem with stopping anyone from going to USA πΊπΈ because too, we can stop any USA πΊπΈ citizen or deport him or her when necessary and called for.
2. You have rushed to punish a Ugandan, and seriously angry with him on counts listed in your statement. Just asking, have you thought about doing the same to the senators, Generals and president Bush, who planned, sponsored and participated in the invasion, looting and destruction of Iraq in the early 2000s? Or USA officials are immune from punishment?
3. You are harsh on corruption. Thank you! So, what have you done to the leaders of USA team in Somalia who are looting minerals and loading on planes that take off at around 3am in Mogadishu International Airport almost every night? Or those are from the strongest country in the world and above the law?
4. He tortured people in Nalufenya! It's too bad to torture people, it's against humanity. So, what happened to Sadam who was the president of an independent country with sovereign powers? Was he charged in the courts of law? What about people today, yesterday and always dying in Syria and other countries in the Middle East that are being killed by the so called most civilized and professional USA army?
5. In Chargos Island of Mauritius π²πΊ, indigenous people are not allowed to occupy their land. This is because the USA πΊπΈ leased their land from the United Kingdom π¬π§, no press, no tourism, no ownership of land, no trespassing. In relation to misuse of office by Gen. Kayihura whi has been punished, what have you done to your leadership starting from the current president backwards, who have made people of other countries homeless? Are you practicing human rights and international relations?
6. In 2011, USA sponsored and empowered NATO. You destabilized Libya π±πΎ, killed their serving president Col. Gadaffi, and now you are looting their oil and other opportunities. Libyans are dying and disorganized. Why haven't you people thought about human rights abuses by your own government to other nations?
7. Black lives matter. How many black people have been killed in cold blood by the white police officers in the USA, and what have you done to punish them? Or you are still carrying out investigations?
8. As Eng. Tom Isingoma Mwesiga, I am totally in disagreement with you on the so called sanctions, embargo and bans. You are too dirty to clean others. Mr. Segal Mandelker, first clean your mess, and then pimp your nose in Ugandan affairs. We have courts of law, we have our own ways of solving Afrikan problems. Why don't you leave us alone and only relate with us only bilaterally and diplomatically?
9. I understand that you are always supportive when you are planting seeds of violence, defiance and deception. Please, I warn you to keep away from the legal affairs of Uganda. You are too young in human rights and democracy. Just focus on destroying nations and the world through propaganda and imperialism.
10. Finally, I don't care whether he doesn't go to USA, but unblock his assets because you have no moral authority to do so. Let the Ugandan law take its role. We are an independent country.
