FBI endorses Gen Kayihura Saturday, September 14, 2019 BY: ISHIMWE Rogers Gen Kale Kayihura, Uganda’s Inspector General of Police, has Friday been recognised by the United States Department of Justice for his role in combating international terrorism. Gen. Kayihura was decorated by an the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) at the National Police Headquarters in Naguru. It too a shaming for United States to astonishingly attack innocent Kayihura yet we have seen open criminals who go untouched for example the corruption allegations of Sam Kutessa by the same country and there after comes up to attack kayihura to me i see this as stupid allegations US  is dealing hand in hand with enemies of kayihura and because of his spirit of pan Africanism like his father it does hurt you furious crews, How do you leave museveni and attack harmless people too fake! GENERAL KALE KAYIHURA'S REPLY TO THE UNITED STATES I have been informed about the statement of the United States Department of the Treasury issued on the 13th of September 2019. In the baseless, unverified and outrageous statement, I am accused that while I was working as Inspector General of Police (IGP) in Uganda, I engaged in Human Rights violations, corruption, and smuggling drugs, gold and wildlife.  This is not only absolutely false but outrageous and infuriating, especially that these accusations and decisions have been made without according me an opportunity to respond to them, whereby I would give evidence to the contrary.
