The learning and knowledge that our government has is at the most but little compared with that of which it's ignorant about.

For example, gangster ism and militias in our country didn't start today or last year.

They have been here in the country for a very long time.

There was Allied Democratic Forces(ADF) of Jamil Mukulu, the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) of Joseph Konyi, Lakwena and then the current militias of Interahamwe of Kayumbanyamwasa and FDLR in Uganda.

These gang violent militias and murderers of ADF, LRA and Lakwena were defeated by our government and the killings, robberies was stopped in our country.

We were at peace and everything was normalized in our country concerning security and safety of our country and people.

This was followed by another terrorism group of bomb plantings in different bus stations around the Kampala and bank robberies, petrol station robberies, hijackings of cash in transit by gangster ism headed by Henry Tumukunde by then.

This gangster ism group of Henry Tumukunde was totally defeated by Anti - gang unit that was headed by then Kayanja that was there to shot and kill any suspected militias of robbers of ADF, LRA that were commonly being used by people like Henry Tumukunde in different aggravated robberies as well as in other serious crimes.

The billion of dollars that is spent by our government in security surveillance on cameras in different parts of Kampala and other towns ought to be spent in development ventures that can employ, rehabilitate and demobilize the most unemployed Ugandans mostly those that were serving in Forces but are unemployed.

The safety and security will be guaranteed to Ugandans until the militias of Interahamwe of Kayumbanyamwasa and FDLR are handed over to the Rwandan authorities or else we will continue falling the victim of many more robberies and other violent related murderers coming from this gangs of Interahamwe militias of Kayumbanyamwasa and FDLR.

The neighborhood watch vigilance in our communities must be encouraged by our leaders in different parts of the country.

When this is done by our government under the leadership of H.E Yoweli Kaguta Museveni, the city of Kampala and other parts of the country would no longer be labelled as the "MURDER CAPITAL CITY" of the country where every body would soon fear to stay in.
