THE INSPIRATION


Why are there continuous kidnappings, assassinations, bank robberies, mobile money robberies, land grabbing too much streets children, too much refugees and foreign armed militias of Interahamwe of Kayumbanyamwasa and FDLR in Uganda as compared to other neighboring countries?
Where is the work of our Intelligence organs especially the Chief of Military Intelligence(CMI), External security organizations(ESO), Internal security organization(ISO) and Uganda Peoples De fence Forces (UPDF) that are getting government salaries and other facilitation s but have failed to protect its citizens from such wrong people.
Ugandans demand answers from the government of all this evils that are going on in our country.
We do not want to see Uganda heading to High way robberies with ambushes on high ways.
There is a big problem in our security system. You cannot allow Militias here in Uganda of Kayumbanyamwasa and FDLR that you arm, recruit and allow to move freely with their K47 and Rocket Launchers from Uganda to DRC and think we will have peace.
Even if there is neighborhood watch vigilance, it wont work in our country as long as such militias and other people who come here pretending to be refugees are still allowed to come into our country without proper documentation.
We are finished. We need to live in Commandos style

GENERAL KALE KAYIHURA'S REPLY TO THE UNITED STATES I have been informed about the statement of the United States Department of the Treasury issued on the 13th of September 2019.
