This letter by the minister for education maama kataha janet museven on 24/may/2019 and the office of the chairman received it on 05/june/2019.

The minister in the last paragraph stated clearly that the chairman should call the district leadership to discuss the contents in the letter and " revert" "as soon as possible"

She went ahead and said that the project's life has been extended to 2023/24 financial year.many of us had mis interpreted this to be that the project was pushed to 2023/24. No,it means that should the project reach that time before it started it will either be called off or the life be extended.

We are disappointed in the current kisoro district leadership headed by mr.abel bizimana.the way you have handled this matter is as ignorant it's of less importance to you.

How can it take you 2 month to reply a letter of 2pages despite getting views of your fellow district leaders.
