Whereas the president Museveni promised us an institute to the level of a university in honor of John kalekyezi,the father of gen kale kayihura,he went ahead and layed a foundation stone in 14/10/2017 on public land at nyakabande near refugee settlement camp.

However the land in question had squatters on it, there has been court battles by the said squatters seeking for compensation, these squatters have a racket of mafias who are behind them to frustrate the project and it has since stalled.

This has caused the majority bafumbira to run away from Nrm which they used to support 99%, the legal team of the group is being funded by:
