  Museveni's Paranoia is turning him against Ugandan Banyarwanda   For those who know people who are paranoid, they can tell you that Museveni has acute paranoia because of his failure to serve Ugandans for more than three decades. He has tried to use Ugandan Banyarwanda in his evil plans against Rwanda forgetting that they are constitutional recognised as tribe in Uganda. Museveni and his extremist officials are trying to blend Ugandan Banyarwanda as anti- Museveni by circulating coached videos of local people abusing and questioning Museveni's poor performance as the steward of Uganda. This is a ploy to divert Ugandans from the pressing issues to turning them against their otherwise good neighbors.
